Come previsto dall’art A.7 della carta d’intenti, i componenti del tavolo di lavoro convocano la prima assemblea DES Siena che si terrà il giorno MARTEDI' 3 MARZO 2009 con le seguenti modalità:

- prima sessione in audioconferenza dalle ore 11.00 alle ore 12.00

- seconda sessione in audioconferenza dalle ore 18.00 alle ore 19.00

L’assemblea è aperta a tutti i soggetti interessati che avranno confermato la partecipazione entro e non oltre il giorno 27 FEBBRAIO 2009, con l'invio della SCHEDA REGISTRAZIONE (richiederla a : distrettosiena@gmail.com)

Sempre entro il giorno 27 FEBBRAIO 2009 si riceve, unitamente alla conferma di partecipazione, proposta candidati con espressione di voto per:

A – RAPPRESENTANTE DEL COMITATO RISTRETTO E RESPONSABILE GRUPPO DI COORDINAMENTO (art. A.5 carta d’intenti)
B – MEMBRI DEL GRUPPO DI COORDINAMENTO (art. A.3 carta d’intenti)

Tutti possono intervenire liberamente senza nessun vincolo durante le sessioni d'assemblea in audioconferenza.

Per ciascuna sessione l’assemblea seguirà il seguente ordine dei lavori :

PRIMA SESSIONE

- apertura sessione;
- verifica delle schede di registrazione pervenute;
- comunicazioni del gruppo work;
- closing session.



SECOND SESSION - Opening session;
- verification of registration cards received;
- disclosure of voting results;
